I recently bought two step stools – this Greenco model, and the more popular Kikkerland Rhino II Step Stool. I am equally happy with them both.

Great step for inside or out.

It really is strong enough to support a grown up. We use it to help our toddler reach the potty and I bought an extra to use out in the garden.. I sit on it instead of getting on hands & knees. I like that it’s weather proof for being outside.

useful height for toddler

For my 3 years old son, takes a bit of effort to use it and the handle is a punch hazard. However, it is excellent height for my son to wash hands in our bathroom sink. I bought Baby Bjorn step stool and it is not very tall so more suitable for older kid. It’s sturdy when me or my husband stands on it. Really good value.

great item.

I was actually looking for a “milk stool” I could use for gardening. Due to a knee injury, I am unable to kneel, so I need a low stool to weed and plant the garden. I found wooden ones, not good for gardening, and way to costly. That was a no go. Then, thanks to Amazon’s “suggestions” on the bottom of the page, I saw this. I figured for about $10 I could not go wrong. If it worked, great, if not, it would not be big financial loss. I bought the green one. It completely folds up, so it takes up very little space. I can comfortably sit on it (I am a size 14). It works great in the garden, and is the perfect height for me (I am 5′ tall) when sitting. I want to get a second one for the kitchen, as us vertically challenged folk can never reach the second shelf of a kitchen cabinet. This stool is terrific. Lightweight, colorful, folds up for easy storage, is waterproof, cleans easily, and is comfortable to sit on. A real keeper. Maybe I will order another for the backyard. Another use for this: I keep it in the bedroom closet so I can reach the shelf above the clothes. Yep, I can see me ordering one for every room in the house!

Very compact, but not very durable

Great stools. Very compact. I used to have a regular non collapseable stool that was always in my way. This one you just fold and squeeze just about anywhere. They’re also a bit taller than most step stools. I’ve bought three; I use one in the kitchen, when putting groceries away, it’s a must have for reaching upper cabinets, and a must have for sitting while placing and organizing groceries on the lower parts of the pantry. Also use one for gardening, and bought one for my son.

Awesome stool!!!!

I was so tired of taking out my heavy step ladder to reach top shelves in the kitchen and linen closet. I try to avoid using a chair because I don’t want my 2 young boys mimicking that behavior, as it’s unsafe. This stool is PERFECT! Originally I bought one in green and one in black. They’re light weight, compact and super sturdy. The only problem with them is that they’re so adorable that my 3 and 6 year old sons have stolen them!!!!! They have used them all night: carrying them around to reach toys, as a seat in front of the tv and to reach the sink to wash their hands and brush teeth! Lol. I’m glad I can now get rid of their bulky step stool for the sink that doesn’t fold.

Great for assisting people into the SUV, and VERY handy in any room of the home

i chose the green so that it would be easy to find. i had a white one, but it blended in with the storage areas. [i still have it, but can’t find it anymore :-( ]. The dots on the top actually help with traction, but personally, i’d never stand on a ladder nor stool without shoes on. The sides push in to fold the stool. There’s an open slot on the top which makes it handy to tote. It’s handy in the home, to get to the things on the top shelf of the cupboard, wash the windows – instead of stretching your arms out of socket or jumping to try to wipe that wayward spritz of cleaner. It’s really handy in the basement, too – to change the lightbulbs, etc., instead of dragging out heavier stools/step ladders. Very handy to get to things placed taller than you can comfortably reach. i find grabber-devices cause me to hyper-extend my neck [yowch]. By gaining the height afforded by the step stool, i haven’t needed to use the grabber-devices.
